I would like to attend an Exam in certified finacial analysis. Do any one can tell me where can I get it? subject to be online because I have no time for courses. Also if it possibel to know from where I get the material

Hi Amr,
The CFA exams are administered by a third party, the CFA Institute that is based in Virginia. The program has three stages (i.e. levels). The exams for the first level are usually held in June and December of each calendar year while the second and third level is done only in June.
As for course material, you can either rely on the reading material that the CFA Institute provides, once you register for the exam. Alternatively, you can rely on materials prepared by third parties such as Kaplan Scheweser. I would refer you to the CFA Institute and Kaplan Schweser for up to date information for either matters.
