Investment Appraisal Benchmark Indicators

I am trying to collate some reference material for a paper on acceptable  benchmark indicators  across several business ventures e.g. agriculture (livestock, fisheries, crops), property, tourism (hotels of various categories), manufacturing, infrastructure and oil and gas.

The intention is to build up a database for comparison purposes on financial indicators i.e. NPV, IRR and payback period for all the categories of investment projects above and what would be the industry's indicators for acceptable projects.

Is there any forum that I missed out here? Please help,
