Hi,
I liked you excel sheet. the functionality of it. Perhaps , if you could explain I'd be grateful.

As for the content, what I am inetrested in "am I getting there". perhaps, if you add a moving monthly total. This is like adding a forecasting component which addreses that this month with current trend the month end closing will be X and variave Y. this will enable management to take corrective actions. 99% of the time the battle is already over.

Please do elaborate the functionality of drop down lists.

I enjoyed going through the template. I wasn't sure whether lower expenditure should be classified as a negative variance though. Was that intentional

Hi Deepak,

thanks for your effort to make this template, i really hope this template can be used and understood for common user.

You should give the information for numbers from sheet Data, specially in Data!$A$632 because no any information which addition this number come from/or formula to be..

And my conclusion thanks for your contribute but keep trying, completing and it makes perfect.
