Queuing Analysis, Templates and Simulation

Hi,
Am working on a project of the use of effective queue analysis in a service oriented environment- Bank or QSR and need a desperate assistance from anyone who has or can help with a template or simulation that can project or extrapolate decisions from such data analysis

Please be more specific. At this stage all I can say that perhaps you will need to make use of Poissan distribution.

I need a template that can articulately address and define a queue system taking into cognizance all its parameters and recommendations can be made therein with the results generated with regards capacity, effectiveness etc

You can also use a Simulation tool like Palisade or Crystal Ball along with the distribution data you have to simulate thousands of scenarios in order to get an improved predictive scenario
