Debt 300,000
pref stock 100,000
Common Equity 200,000

Tax rate 40%
YTM on debt 11%
Flotation cost per share on Pref. Stock .75
Flotation cost per share on common stock $4
CMV Pref $26
CMV Common $143

Expepected dividend growth 13% per year
