Share 'Hotel Purchases'

Good morning all. I was wondering if any one has experience in the purchase of hotel properties and if so do you have a template to do a valuations. I am in florida and we have a lot of properties sitting around that seem to be viable for future operations. I have no experience in that area. Thanks
