I generally do not agree with the views. I find the conclusion in the last line “these proposed amendments appear to be the back door entry for domestic transfer pricing amongst unrelated parties, which is absurd”, strange.

The suggestion of FDI into limited partnerships is an especially good one - it allows risk to FDI to be lowered thus making the proposition a lot more attractive while leaving the "Indian specialists" at home in India bear the risks they know best..…
