For the project IRR take EBIDT.
For Equity IRR PAT+depre + non cash flow items like preliminary exp written off - loan repayment pricipal amount
Tax factor should not be considered for Project IRR .
Do the calculation as if you donot know the debt and equity %
you need to look at the patient flow past and present see if there is a decrease or increase in patients..... speciality wise details has to be gathered.
See if any of the major doctors(who has the ability to pull patients) have left the hospital.…

Totally agree with sacha but if the data is large then the if function will be a very longer one.
you can go for Vlookup in this case
