What an interesting place to be working! Especially now.
I am currently in Cheney, Washington, in Spokane County, and my brother-in-law lives on the farm, nearby, with the oldest habitation by white men in the Inland Northwest. We are almost 300 miles east of Seattle. The Idaho State line is about 20 miles east of the city.
Cheney is the home of the Eastern Washington University, where I am currently tutoring a masters student, and am part of his thesis committee. I expect to be doing some important research there, on diabetes, ADHD, and autism, during the next few years, working with Dr Garth Babcock, and Dr Brad Fillmore.
I also am engaged in a real estate investment business working to acquire assets in Kansas, south America, the Philippines, and New Zealand.

No i am sorry i dont have such a model. An Islamic Leasing company should do pure operating leases, (ijarah), like car rent business, home/office/shop renting, equipment renting, and so on. The revenues will be all rentals and there will be another source of operating revenue and this is the profit on sale of old rental equipment.
The balance sheet will be simple, as it will have all rental equipment as assets. I hope this helps!
