I work with a U.S. firm that connects energy, infrastructure, environmental, and humanitarian projects with investment capital, whether equity or debt financing.

We focus on the US$100M to US$5B range, and work directly with a clean, verifiable U.S. source of capital that can provide up to 100% financing for such projects. Despite the current lack of traditional lending, we have helped transform several business concepts into viable commercial enterprises in building the road to a sustainable global economy.

We currently accept proposals for the following types of projects:

* Humanitarian & Socially Redeemable - benefiting a community,
hospitals, schools, telecom, water wells, housing, etc.
* Environmental - biofuel, waste heat reuse, solar, wind, hydro
power, brownfield redevelopment, etc.
* Infrastructure - roads, bridges, tunnels, etc.
* Energy - traditional and “green” or alternative energy
* Technology - incl. R&D and 2nd Tier Financing
* Agriculture
