We just recently launched a product that secures rental income on the back underlying credit risk. Pretty much a credit default swap with us providing protection. Essentially, we gurantee rental income on the event of default in exchange for a monthly retainer to residential and commercial real estate owners and landlords.

Busy with other structured finance solutions around credit risk, a residential real estate development as well as a property fund.

LTV too low? Usually the banks would hold back if the business plans are not clear on how value would be unlocked. Would you mind if we had a look at some of those deals?
