Stress testing can be performed using the @RISK monte carlo software. It is a feature in the Professional and Industrial editions, v4.5 and newer.
The discount rate needs to be based on the location of the project. There will be exchange rate issues to factor into the model but the primary driver for the NPV rate is the risk associated with the place where the project is.
Interesting template. Seems geared toward projects in China, no? Do you see a need for a financing amortization table, or would that be functionally redundant? Useful model!
