even if you use zero based budgeting you still need previous data which are the actual figures.
Can u elabarate bit more with example.. that will help me to understand...
I am having a different option..budget is only a way of calculating the future expenses & revenue.you have to focus more on your business plan.instead of comparing you can go ahead with zero bassed badgeting.
