Hey, sorry my response is coming almost a year later. The Securities & Exchange Commission regulates the licensing and approval of RA in Nigeria. I suggest you contact the SEC for detailed information and guidance. The website is www.sec.gov.ng or email sec@sec.gov.ng

Hi Yandel, thanks for the reply.

I don't really know what is going on in London, just that some of the top Investment consultants have closed down their international cross border offices.

My brother is over in Eastern Europe and things looka a little sticky over there - they had such high FDI which has now dried up and is making things difficult on the funding side of things. Funnily enough we had very little FDI over here (in SA)... something like 1% compared to Eastern Europe at 25%.

Locally some people are complaining about low LTV offered by the banks... so locally things may be a little tough until confidence in lease vacancy levels strengthens.

I am working on government and other long blue chip leases at the moment and looking for properties to buy - so if you hear of anything for sale let me by all means.

i should have my online investment models up soon - I'll ping you so you can take a look when its ready... should be interesting with you back ground in fianncail modelling.

Whats up on your side?

I missed your comment in January 13. Sorry.
Listing basically involves finding an underwriter or market makers that will support the market for stock. Then you have to go through the applicable registration process.

Very tough for a REIT in this market
