Just a quick note, to say that sometimes when you are using filters, it is easy to forget which columns have filters on (can be alot more than 1). The "Show All" selection in the data/filter menu is very useful...much easier than trying to undo ever…

Hi Vijay

Fair value and market value are the terminology used to judge the security of a financing proposal. For example, bankers seek various types of securities called collateral security to reduce risk. Whenever a land or building is given as a security, they would insist on valuation from an independent valuer. The valuer will assess the property and give fair value based on the prevailing land cost, age of building etc. The market value is driven by the demand and often not realistic. The market value is based on the last property sold in the same area, the location of the property etc. Hope you got some clarification from me.
